A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. \n  \nWHO COULD BENEFIT? \nAnyone 60 years or older who: \n\nis concerned about falls\nis interested in improving balance\, flexibility\, and strength but has fallen in the past\nhas restricted activities because of concerns about falling\ncan problem-solve and remember discussions\n\nYOU WILL LEARN TO: \n\nview falls as controllable\nset goals for increasing activity\nreduce fall risks at home\nexercise to increase strength and balance\n\n  \nDates: September 24- November 12\, 2026 \nThursdays \nTime: 10:00 am – 12 pm \nDittmar Recreation Center \n(1009 W Dittmar Rd\, Austin\, TX 78745) \n  \nREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
